The consumer who for any reason is not satisfied with the purchase made has the right to withdraw from the stipulated contract, without any penalty and without specifying the reason, within 14 days starting from the day of receipt of the purchased good.
In case of withdrawal, the costs of returning the goods are borne by the Customer. All items must arrive in the same conditions as they were received, equipped with the original packaging and any manuals and/or instruction booklets that are part of the package and the original packaging; Returning the goods using any other method is not permitted. Please include the order number to which the return refers written on a sheet of paper in the package.
To exercise the right of withdrawal, the customer must, within the period indicated above, send an informative email to resi@baseballproshop.it indicating the item to be returned and the order number (you will not receive a response to the email) after which he can proceed with the following options:

The time required to obtain the voucher/refund is approximately 14 working days.
***In case of urgency in replacing a product, please place a new order and send an email to resi@baseballproshop.it with the refund request and the return order number, once received at the our warehouse and checked that it complies, we will proceed with the refund in approximately 14 working days.***
